Excelvia Group is the independent consulting practice of Nicolas Martin Martin, a registered sole proprietorship based in Calgary, Canada. I help small businesses and mission-driven organizations operate with clearer workflows, better visibility, and less operational friction.
My Story
Excelvia Group is built on a simple belief: small businesses and mission-driven organizations deserve practical systems, AI, and growth support delivered in a way that fits how they actually operate.
I saw a clear gap. Many providers chase enterprise contracts, while smaller teams are left with generic tools, disconnected data, or advice that ignores how quickly a small operation needs to adapt. I fill that gap with practical systems and advisory work scoped to what one independent consultant can deliver and maintain well. As a sole proprietorship, I do not hold client infrastructure by default: you own your hosting and data, and I handle the build and the work around it.
